Der ser ud til at være godt nyt angående DRM! Sony BMG har tilsyneladende valgt at droppe DRM. Sony er det sidste af de fire store selskaber (EMI, Universal, Warner, Sony) som dropper DRM. Warner annoncerede for nylig at de dropper DRM.
Det re rigtig godt nyt! Desværre vælger de fleste selskaber at sælge deres DRM-fire musik gennem Amazon’s MP3-butik, som indtil videre kun er tilgængelig fra USA.
